Blank Users in Developer Table

Rows shown blank in the Developer Table are Users who haven't passed KYC, typically when this occurs it is due to an applicant abandoning the sign-up flow.

If a cardholder has closed or exited the sign up process, their information will not be saved and will cause the below to show.
