I lost access to my Two-Factor Authentication / QR Code. How do I reset it to access my Developer's Portal?

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app to enter your account, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Reach out to developers@aptopayments.com
  2. Please provide us with the e-mail first used to access the account.
  3. We will send in a request to our Operations team to have them reissue a new code - once completed we will reach out to you with the new code.
