What can users do within the mobile app?

The user has access to manage their account from within the mobile app and perform the following functions;

Main screen

  1. Enable physical card
  2. View their balance
  3. View list of transactions
  4. Drill into transaction details

Card Settings (gear icon)

  1. Add money via a debit card or ACH deposit
  2. Set PIN
  3. View card details (PAN, EXP, and CVV)
  4. Suspend their card
  5. Report lost or stolen
  6. Contact support
  7. View cardholder agreement

Account Settings (menu icon)

  1. Notification settings
  2. Contact Support
  3. View monthly statements
  4. Log out
